UK: The European Public Limited-Liability Company (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

The European Public Limited-Liability Company (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 have now been made and laid before Parliament. A copy of the Regulations are available here and here (pdf). The Regulations will cause all European public limited liability companies - better known as Societas Europaea - registered in the UK to be converted to a new corporate form - UK Societas - on exit day.
